About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy in the HRTech space. You’ll drive brand awareness, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives, working closely with sales and product teams.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute the marketing strategy across channels
Drive lead generation and support sales with relevant campaigns
Manage content, events, partnerships, and employer branding initiatives
Oversee digital marketing, performance tracking, and optimization
Coordinate external partners and internal stakeholders
Analyze results and continuously improve marketing performance
Who You Are
Proven experience in marketing, ideally in SaaS or HRTech
Strong understanding of digital marketing and demand generation
Data-driven, organized, and execution-focused
Excellent communication and project management skills
