About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our sales strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and mentoring the sales team, and developing strategic partnerships that expand our market presence.

You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify new business opportunities, optimize sales processes, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team

  • Define and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies

  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and forecasting

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Sales Director, Head of Sales, or similar)

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities

  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales analytics

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B sales environments

  • Background in scaling sales operations or entering new markets

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-growing companies
