About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative & Key Account to grow our client base and manage strategic accounts in the HRTech space. You’ll be responsible for new business development, client relationships, and long-term account growth.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts

  • Present and demo HRTech solutions to prospects and clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success

 

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in SaaS or HRTech

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and a sales pipeline

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools

  • Results-oriented and client-focused
