About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative & Key Account to grow our client base and manage strategic accounts in the HRTech space. You’ll be responsible for new business development, client relationships, and long-term account growth.
What You’ll Do
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Manage and grow assigned key accounts
Present and demo HRTech solutions to prospects and clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the main point of contact for key clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
Who You Are
Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in SaaS or HRTech
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and a sales pipeline
Comfortable working with CRM tools
Results-oriented and client-focused
